How WAwoo Works:

Installation & Setup

After installing the WAWoo addon, simply navigate to the plugin settings in your WooCommerce dashboard. From there, you can configure your WhatSender API settings, including:

• API Endpoint URL: The URL provided by WhatSender to send messages.
• API Key & Auth Key: Enter your unique keys to authenticate your account with WhatSender..
• Admin WhatsApp Number: Specify the WhatsApp number from which notifications will be sent.

Customer WhatsApp Collection

During the checkout process, customers are prompted to input their WhatsApp number. This field is mandatory and is displayed right after the email field. The number will be stored securely with the order details and used to send the notifications.

Order Creation & Update Notifications

Whenever a new order is placed or an existing order is updated (e.g., order status changes), WAWoo automatically triggers a notification. The plugin will fetch the customer’s WhatsApp number and send them a customized message via the WhatSender API.

Instant Notifications

Once a notification is triggered, it is immediately sent to the customer’s WhatsApp number using the WhatSender API. The customer will receive real-time updates about their order, such as confirmation of payment, shipment, or delivery status.
